    • RJCarr: Albert Heusser writing on undated stationary of the silk dyers Mutual Protective Association of America listed the John O'Neil & Margaret Osborne lineage. Their daughter Elenor O'Neil (1793-1842) married George Tiers (1794-?) s/o Valentine Tier & Elizabeth Hopper. They had 12 children. A second wife, Helen Jane Wishart, bore a last son: William W (1848-?). A Xerox copy of that document was provided to Regis Carr by Harry D. Miller of 80 Zero St Lot #71, Coschoton, OH. In that document, H.D. Miller annotated his lineage began with Daniel Tier, born 1826, s/o George.
